Community ManagerIt sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @corgjones. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

I am having the same issue, there are no troubles with any other game on the PS4 or PlayStation plus I reset my password too but I think that goes for my PC account.

I glanced at them connection is fine I play warzone 24/7 but it says I don't have an account on PS4.
- @Honeyshortz So I did ended up just calling EA and they got me fixed in less than five minutes. Even though I don't sign in on the psn she reset my password and immediately was able to get in.
How do I get in contact with them I’m having the same issues

I'm going to lock it (Since it's almost four years old at this point and barely sees any activity), but if anyone needs any help solving their connection issues on Apex, please either find a thread that's a good bit newer, or don't hesitate to make your own!
