@Honeyshortz So I did ended up just calling EA and they got me fixed in less than five minutes. Even though I don't sign in on the psn she reset my password and immediately was able to get in.
How do I get in contact with them I’m having the same issues

This thread is ancient at this point, but keeps getting the odd post added to it. I'm going to lock it (Since it's almost four years old at this point and barely sees any activity), but if anyone needs any help solving their connection issues on Apex, please either find a thread that's a good bit newer, or don't hesitate to make your own!
