Apex ranked lagg out
I contacted ea games about lagging out and getting an abandoned game penalty on top of -72 rp which keeps happening to me over and over again, it comes up with code net which is a server sided issue after contacting ea (ajay) runs through all the troubleshooting stuff which I get it's probably protocol but code net is a server sided issue nothing I do will fix that, so I'm being kicked by ea then punished for it with a ban and negative, anyway back to the point after contacting ea the issue becomes worse as if I'm being targeted for it cause they are pissed or something do your job put out a hot fix

We really need to go through some troubleshooting to rule out any issues on your end. So, let's start with the basics. It looks like you're playing on PS4. Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
