Apex running in background, but never loads

Hey all. So basically the title kind of explains it. The game will load up, be running if I bring up the task manager, but never loads. I have to restart my PC in order to boot the game. I have tried...

OS - Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.18362
CPU - Intel i7-4790k @ 4.9ghz, 4cores
GPU - Nvidia Gforce gtx 1060 6gb
16gigs of ram
