same here using dac/amp at 384khz this bug happend to me 1-3 times a game or audio cut out all together. changing to 192khz fixed issue for me thank you so much.

Not sure what the hell could have been the cause for this, though I am aware of tons of audio related issues this season.
thx for the youtube version. So yes thats the bug that i had.
How i fixed it : by changing the sampling rate of my audio output device in windows (11) audio settings.
At the start of season 15, my default audio output device (usb-c dac/amp) was set like this :
2 channels, 32 bit, 384000 Hz (Studio Quality)
To fix this audio issue/bug, i had to set it to :
2 channels, 32 bit, 192000 Hz (Studio Quality)
So if OP or someone with this bug can confirm my solution works ?
