Apex squad instantly muted

Okay so i have had this problem for over a month but one day my apex VC wasn't working and u couldn't hear anyone. So i figured it would fix itself (not), I reinstalled apex, check all my drivers, checked my default audio device, and contacted EA support twice. The 2nd time i contacted via live chat they sent me here, everything seems okay and i even verified game files on steam with not problems that popped up... i have tried everything i can think of but nothing has work. Please help, i need my VC for ranked ☹️ (Play VIA Steam)

Problem:
Squad muted when load into game/party.
when unmuted they can hear me but i can't hear them.

all settings are correct and game files have no problems.
