Apex won't launch after Easy Anti Cheat

Hi,

I recently bought a new computer and installed Apex.

Apex won't launch after Easy Anti Cheat pops up. I'm launching Apex on Steam. I already tried everything: updated my windows and drivers, run as Admin on the Compatibility tab on properties, repaired on the Easy Anti Cheat setup, uninstall-reinstall the game (5 times already lol), verify the integrity of the game, performed a Clean Boot on msconfig.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1660 Super
16GB RAM

MSI B450M Mortar Max
Stored in Hard Drive

@mrdoom500 I did. Same issue, it won't launch after Easy Anti Cheat.

@Rirachii Make sure that no Firewall or Anti-virus is blocking Easy Anti Cheat.

Hello, a friend who downloaded apex also couldn't launch the game. After opening the game on steam, easy anti cheat would load, close, then when apex is supposed to open, nothing opens and the game just closes on steam. He tried reinstalling the game, updating all drivers, repairing the anti cheat, and opening the game as an administrator

Having the exact same problem. I just got my new PC yesterday and have been trying solutions for the past 3 hours. I have also found forums with the same issue from like 2018 when the game released. Very frustrating.

So it wouldn’t launch for me on origin but when I downloaded it on steam it worked right away try both maybe than can fix it

My friend's game wouldn't work on both Steam and Origin :/
