Apex Won't Launch
I can start the game once and reinstalling or repairing it. After closing the game properly and trying to relaunch, it won't load past the three moving bars on the bottom right of the screen.

Hai,
Have you tried uninstalling your redistributable installs?
They can conflict if they build up, all you need to do is repair the game to reinstall the distro's.
BTW your GPU is due for a driver update: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
