Sorry to hear you’re running into that.
If you redeemed the code on Xbox but the Bloodhound Edition content still hasn’t shown up in Apex, please try fully closing the game first and then restarting both the console and the game before checking again.
If the content is still missing after that, I’m afraid account- and content-related issues like this can’t really be handled from the forums, so the best next step would be to reach out to the support team through this webform. If you do, it may help to keep your proof of purchase or code redemption details handy.
