Community ManagerDisable the capture software and any security/anti-virus etc and then retry.

- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- @EA_Barry I tried this, even uninstalled the software and nothing is working. I've also done all hyperlinks, including the two different versions of clean boots. I'm not sure what else I can do.
