Appeal process question (Suspension)
Hello fellow EA members and moderators,
I am having a small difficulty understanding the appeal process on the Support webpage.
Indeed, there is a resume button with a body of text which seems a bit confusing in the sense that it portrays that if one doesn't resume the case, the case will be auto-closed?
I am appealing to a suspension (Apex Legends) which seems to have picked up a text phrase from my behalf, but not the context, as they did not pick up the voice recording of the player I was grouped with who employed a vast amount of profanity and I simply restated the word he had employed to state how bold and strange the person was. EG: 'You did this and then said that' type scenario as I don't put my mic on for random ranked groupings (a lot of strange people on there)
I guess I will just mute them in future as I don't particularly wish to be suspended or banned and believe to be a polite individual.
Thanks for your time and understanding,
Freyouz

- Completely understandable @Freyouz, we've all been there at some point. Glad to clarify before anything permanent in this case!
Another option to consider is checking in-game for the voice-to-text feature, as that will generate text from the in-game voice chat and may make those situations a bit easier to report if necessary.
