Accidental ban
Dear EA customer service team,
I am writing to formally appeal the suspension of my Apex Heroes account because I believe the action was unreasonable and to request a thorough review of my case.
I have been a passionate Apex Heroes player for many years and value the fair play and community spirit the game fosters. In playing the game, I strictly abide by EA's Terms of Service and have never used, downloaded or interacted with any cheating software, targeted bots, wall hacking or third party tools that could compromise the integrity of the game. My game setup regularly scans for malware, and I can confirm that unauthorized programs associated with Apex Legends have never been detected on my device.
The sudden pause was completely shocking because I had not been notified of any suspicious activity in advance. This leads me to suspect that my account may have been accessed without my permission - possibly through a hack or unauthorized login. To support this, I would like to ask your team to investigate the following details:
· Login logs, including IP addresses and timestamps around reporting breaches to check if the location or device is not consistent with my usual gameplay (I usually use [your device type] to play from [your city / country]).
· In-game activity logs during the alleged violation because my game style (e.g., average kill death rate, mobile mode) was consistent and never showed "unnatural" performance.
Losing access right to this account has been deeply frustrating because it has years of advances, cosmetics and memories built through legitimate games. I understand EA's commitment to cracking down on cheating, but I urge you to re-examine the evidence that led to this suspension. If additional information (such as proof of device scan, internet service provider records or personal identification) is required to verify my claim, I will be happy to provide it in a timely manner.
When I saw my EA account ban history disappeared today, I was happy to open the game, but why the game still can't go?
I believe in EA's ability to distinguish between true players and rulers ......
