Dear EA Support,

I am writing to appeal my permanent Apex Legends ban. My account EA ID: stand5A was hacked and illegally accessed by an unknown third party. All cheating activities that caused the ban were performed by a hacker, not by me. I have never used any cheats, scripts, hacks or prohibited software in my game history.

I am a long-term legitimate player with stable login habits and official in-game purchases. I have never shared my account or logged in on public unsafe devices. I recently discovered unauthorized cross-region login records and unfamiliar device access on my Steam and EA account. I immediately changed my password, removed all unknown devices and enabled two-factor authentication to secure my account.

My account was banned right after the hacking incident. The abnormal IP address, device information and unusual in-game actions during the banned period are completely different from my normal gaming environment.

Please manually check my account login logs, device records and gameplay data during the violation time. The background records can prove that I am innocent.

I sincerely request you to lift my unfair permanent ban. I will maintain strict account security and fully obey all EA rules in future gameplay. Thank you for your manual review.
