Asia Server Freeze

The servers are freezing a lot in Asian servers especially in Singapore and it's always getting me killed. My KDR dropped from 8.90 to 1.40. Please fix this issue and also there are a lot of hackers and I am getting killed by them a ton a lot. This is really tearing me apart and I can't even rank up because of them. FIX THIS! And I am losing all of my KDR.
