Attempting to connect - Issue

Having an issue as to where I cannot connect. Error states as is: (Attempting to Connect 9/9). It is the loop of trying to connect with no results. I need help on this issue.

@VinseVonDoom I have tried all the FAQ troubleshoot options. No fix.
