I'm having the same issue on xbox one with every game I've played since launch. Your clips capture the audio distortion perfectly. It's deafening at times. I'm using a headset plugged into my controller. I'm trying to reinstall the game to see if that helps.
Did reinstalling the game fix the issue for you?
Re-installing on my Xbox one did seem to help make the problem less frequent but not totally eliminate it. I have friends who are playing on Xbox ones just as old as mine and they are not having this issue.
