I have a gut feeling that it has something to do with how old your console is. I have the original Xbox one and my friends have more up to date versions and don’t experience these issues
Launch Xbox One X here and still have that problem.
I hoped to find a solution here, because I'm getting really thrown off by this bug.

Hi, if you're encountering this, can I check if you have the game installed to an SSD or the default HDD for the console.
We have found that in some cases where the game was on some SSDs the audio issues were more likely to appear.
