Is your PS4 clear of debris and such near the ventilation and not bogged down with dust, Get access to compressed air filtered to prevent moisture spray or a can or compressed air to blow dust from the PS4 there's many guides on doing this and some more stuff some might not be comfortable with disassembly etc.
