I'm having the same issue (playing on PC) - I load the app and the main menu audio sounds ok. When I load into a game, I can voice chat with teammates, and I hear the audio of the squad deploying and skydiving to our initial drop location. When I make it to the ground, I can hear my own movement audio only - the audio of my teammates running around and/or shooting their weapons is not coming through my headset, nor is the enemy movement audio or gunfire audio. I went into the Origin application and let it "repair" my game files but that still did not work. I'm wondering if I should uninstall the game and try to re-install???

Just replying again as I am starting to see a lot of new sound issue related posts popping up and I want to keep this one from being buried. Still no fix that we've found on our end.
agreed. they don’t support audio interface useage which i don’t understand. seems to be a quick fix but nothing yet
I've recently downloaded driver booster, it's a driver update software that scans all drivers on your PC and provided update. After going through and updating every last driver on my PC the issue is only happening 1 in every 6 games or so. Still not a complete fix but I managed a good few games with no issues. It's worth a shot for you guys to try
