Ban History contains no information

I know the Answers HQ isn't used to dispute bans, I've already tried and gotten pretty much no information. I'm mainly curious to know from this whether or not my EA account in general is just banne...

Hi @Opaco, 

I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

I have already sent them one they don’t reply nor did they send me the email they said was sent containing the info on this ban
