This is the second time my account has been banned after a TDM, The first time I submitted a ticket and I was unbanned in a couple of hours this time they doubled down on it. on the status page, it says overturned but I'm still unable to play. It is so frustrating dealing with this company unless you have an issue paying for items they are never there to help. support just gave me that auto-generated prompt telling me basically "We investigate ourselves and find that we did great banning you, we don't have to give you a reason don't message us back". This TDM bot issue has been there for 3 months now if not more.
