Unfortunately, as they've already informed you, our live support team can only unlink accounts once all bans have been lifted from an EA account. This also isn't something we can help with here on the forums; account issues (like bans and linking) are outside of the scope of support we can provide here. I'm afraid that, if after numerous appeals they've still decided to uphold the ban, there's no way to unlink the platforms you have linked.

They don't even check the message inside of the case. They just script while replying. They don't even care a gamer and his/her emotions. I think i'm blacklisted.
