Banned account for no reason

Hello, 

I've recently logged in after like 6 months. After I started the game, it told me that I've got Banned. 
I've tried to get to the game many times, always the same "Banned". 
I also checked the https://help.ea.com/cz/my-ban-history/ and I can not see any bans at all. 
Of course I contacted the help service via the link. 

I just want to know if anybody had the same issue, I've seen people got banned for cheating(stolen account). But as I said, I can not see any bans on my ban history.
