Hello. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to directly help with bans over the EA Forums. If you have disputed the ban 3 times and it still hasn't been lifted, it will need to remain in place.
Have you recovered and resecured your hacked account and the e-mail connected to it?
If not you need to do this first before attempting to get the ban lifted.
If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
After you have resecured the account and e-mail you can the contact the ToS team and dispute the ban. Make sure you provide them with the info about the account recovery process when appealing the ban.
