Banned After Not Playing for Nearly 2 Years
I have been apart of the EA community for nearly 10 years. I joined in 2013 and have never once been banned for cheating. About two years ago maybe a little less I quit playing apex to go play others games and of course I came back about a 3 weeks ago. After only 45 mins maybe less of playing apex I was banned for cheating, I have reached out twice now about being falsely banned. I would love to do anything to get unbanned even telling the employees they can full scan my computer check anything they want on top of that I even have the recording of me playing from the start that lead up to the ban. I record everything using Medal TV. I had told the people the only thing running in background during APEX was Blitz.gg (Used for League and Valorant) Valorant Vanguard Anti Cheat, Logitech G Hub and thats it. I don't know what to do I want to reach out to an actual person and talk with someone. After I was banned I made sure to check to make sure PC was safe I downloaded Norton Anti Virus had that scan my PC and delete any viruses I may have had, i deleted and uninstalled all malware looking type apps. I'm just confused because for nearly 10 years as a member without cheating and now all of a sudden I get a random ban? I have seen this happen to multiple people regarding EA and there Anti Cheat and would love some answers

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.
