Banned after not playing for over a year.
I stopped playing this game for well over a year. Never have I left a game mid-match, never have I cheated or hacked, in fact I'm pretty bad at the game if I'm being honest.
I decided I wanted to give it another shot, so I re-download and try to hop on with my friend. We finally find a match after like 10 mins, and the game tells me that I'm banned. HUH?

Sorry to hear that you got banned.
If you haven't played for a while, your account might be compromised.
If you think this is the case, you best contact an EA Advisor so they can help to get your account secure again.
When that is done you can ask for a ban appeal that will be sent to the Terms of Service team.
They will review the ban and send you a mail-back after their investigation.
