Banned for no reason

Im having this problem on apex legends, when i get into game and try and get into the lobby i get told "Unable to Connect- Reservation timed out". After that message pops up i was still able to get into the lobby, Even so i tried queuing up for 2 games and didn't get in both times, I restarted my game with the same unable to connect message popping up and when i got into a lobby it said "the clients game account was banned:banned" and its been popping up the last 3 times i tried to get in a lobby. i dont know if it was an actual ban since i havent done anything suspicious or something that would violate TOS so I'm just looking for an answer, I  decided to boot up apex again hours later to see if i could play and i go to ranked and i saw that im plat 4. The reason thats weird is cause last time i got off i was gold 1 and i needed like 200 points for plat, i did some looking around and there's reports of people getting banned cause someone when on their account and hacked, the only instance of an email ive got is someone logging in on july 27th but that was before i started playing apex again. and ive been playing since season 10 came out
