Base Models / Skins not loading

Im experiencing two issues for a while now specifically since the Quads update in season 21 (?) every time i launch the game all of the models are gray and take a long time to load in same for the ingame shop nothing is loaded in which wasnt the case at all before this update months ago my friend has also been experiencing this same exact problem ever since that same exact update so i dont think this is a me issue as this is the only game where im experiencing problems actually running it not to mention i cant even ignore it and load into a match because when i queue it just says ''processing'' and doesent stop until everything loads and then when everything is loaded and i actually do get to play once the map rotation changes all of my models unload again and everything is gray again

and my second issue is that ANYTIME i launch the game it says proccessing and complining shaders and it takes LITERAL minutes and this didnt happen before at all this only happened when i reinstalled the game and opened it for the first time or after an update but this happens every single time i open the game no matter what both of these are really annoying and frustrating it prevents me from actually playing the game because ill spend more time waiting for everything to load than actually playing

it would be appreciated if someone could tell me if theres a way to fix this
