Unable To Join Any Kind Of Matches, "1 Player Queue"
My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Hi everyone. I have recently come across this issue where I start my game and I get this error and boots me out. I have tried everything I can find online like, verifying the integrity of my files, deleting my pak files, disabling all anti virus, restating PC, opening the game with DX11, getting rid of any overlays or anything in the background with no luck. I am using steam and I’m not sure what else to do. Can someone help me out if you can? Thanks in advance.
Apex Legends Crashes Every 3-5 Matches
My Apex Legends crashes without any error messages or popups every few matches. I have a PC running Windows 11 (Alienware) and play through Steam What I have tried thus far: 1) Restarting my PC 2) Reinstalling apex legend 3) Updating my graphics drivers, Windows OS 4) Running the game with NVIDIA Debug Mode 5) Adjusting graphics settings down (even though my machine can handle max specs) 6) Stress test found no issues with PC One thing I noticed was that in the past when I launched the game using DirectX11 it would work perfectly fine, but with DirectX12 it would crash like I described above. This is odd because my machine is totally DirectX12 compatible (I verified). With the latest Apex update, where they have removed DirectX11 compatibility, I have no workaround and these crashes every few matches persist. This is so incredibly frustrating. I reached out to EA customer support and chatted with a representative - I was told to try a clean boot of my PC, but that was it. I was told that if the problem persists after trying a clean boot to simply post on this forum and to wait for a mod to address the issue. Apex needs to fix this ASAP - the game is barely playable!
"Apex Badware Detected" Popup message on game launch
As shown in the attached image, every time I launch Apex Legends, I get this popup message and am unable to play. I've recently changed the hardware configuration of my PC. I added a new storage device, an M.2 NVME SSD (Samsung 990 Plus) and swapped my GPU from a GTX 1080 to an AMD Radeon 9070 (non-XT). Additionally, I relocated the game's installation from the Hard Drive that it was originally located in, to the new M.2 SSD. Since receiving this error message, I have repaired the game files and restarted my PC multiple times. Neither of these options have fixed the issue.
Major issue with Apex performance Dx12 and NVidia drivers
The game seems to run really bad as my Gpu isn't getting fully used its about 50% I use to in a match get 90% or more which is a good thing this has been happening for a little bit lately. I've also been having high ping in EU servers when I live in the UK I've tried everything to fix this issue in control panel setting and maybe in NVidia control panel or any other windows fixes like disable full screen optimisation. I feel like removing dx11 is a bad decision and even stopping support is bad as other games have both options and support it still ive also noticed with NVidia drivers recently might be the issue but I'm not sure as ive recently tried the NVidia app and apex isn't on there anymore so when I go to add apex it says not supported so not only i might not be supported on their app but also maybe the control panel which means my performance configs on NVidia control panel which is what i use more then the app to make apex run smoothly maybe are not being applied I have a i7 13700k which I have underclocked and made sure the voltages aren't high 2x16gb ddr5 6000mhz so it would be 32gb ddr5 6000mhz 4070 Msi gaming x trio b760 Mag tomahawk WIFI Idk if this helps
Banned without any reason
My account was hacked recently which i got back but the guy who hacked into my account must have used hacks to play, now I'm banned even if I'm not even sure or given a reason as to why i am banned, all my appeals have been declined (8 times) with an automated email from the hopeless TOS team who won't even be clear or give me a reason to why i am banned at all. Any help is appreciated because idk what to do anymoreApex not launching
Everytime i launch the game, it goes well for a couple of second, sometimes i get to the first ''cinematic'' but then my game crashes with an error message (added the error as an attachment) Apparently, there is something open on my pc that ''jeopardizes'' the game, but I have no clue what it is. I dont have anything to make macros or autoclickers, I play MNK, and I dont see anything on my pc that could cause this. Played this game a couple of mounth ago and it worked fine back then. I dont have any other antivirus than windows defender. I'm playing on steam btw. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem or to find what is causing this? Thank you in advance -yrritol
