I get code:House every time i start up the game. I have tried clearing cache, repairing files, reinstalling and nothing works. I just have to restart my PC every time & pray that it loads next time. I have Apex installed on Steam and for the last year or so I have tried to start it and it will pop up the small rectangle loading screen load for a few and then it will instantly close. I have tried numerous of things to try and resolve this and nothing has helped I have tried. For over a year now I've been having issues with logging on where when I click the "continue" button it will load then say "retrieving matchmaking list..." similar to when the servers are full. Only difference is that this happens every time I log in, even if all my friends can log on I still can't. I've now asked EA Help several times now and even PlayStation Help (Yes, I'm on PS5). Yes, I have great wifi if not the best. Yes, I have great Internet. And yes, every other game works just fine. But this is getting ridiculous. It was ridiculous a year ago and I only get an hour a day to play games so I want to play apex. If anyone can tell me what's going on and how to fix it or even better if a dev finds this and can look into it that would be great. At this point I'd try anything. So after the recent apex update I've been getting a error.(Please refer to the attached screenshot) My efforts to resolve it : 1.Tried formatting the windows a clean windows installation formatting my SSD and all. 2.Tried to run the game from a different SSD also. 3.Tried to switch ram slots(In case if ram was the issue) 4.Referred to EA forums also same trick everyone saying click on three dots and repair the game. All the steps from above were tried multiple times. Created a case and waiting for a reply from EA but till then if anyone has any suggestions please be my guest looking forward to all the suggestions. Whenever I launch Apex Legends from Steam, it opens up the Easy Anti Cheat window and loads for a bit but then closes the window and doesn't actually open the game at all. List of things I have tried to fix this issue: Verified integrity of game files several times Reinstalled the game twice Ran the EAC_EOS_Setup file to repair EAC Completely uninstalled and reinstalled EAC Checked for windows updates (there were none, although I am still on Windows 10 if that is relevant) Updated graphics drivers Fully uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers Sorry if this is a repost of another thread, all the threads that pop up for me are from 3-4 years ago and don't have a solution that works for me.UNABLE TO CONNECT DUE TO ANTI CHEAT FAIL
I know a ton of people hack this game. I have been playing since day 1, I have never seen a reason or purpose to hack any game. My K\D is terrible due to playing against hackers. I would like to know why after attempting to repair installation and even deleting and redownloading the game it is claiming anti cheat has failed when I do not have any software or third party devices. I am getting the "code: net" error in Apex Legends on Xbox. I have tried restarting my router and console, changing DNS, checking NAT type, and even using another account, but the issue still happens. Sometimes the game connects, and sometimes it disconnects randomly. I have been experiencing this problem for about two weeks, and this is not the first time it happens. Hello everyone, I’m here because I’m really frustrated about what happened to my account. It got banned even though I never used any cheats, AI tools, or any unfair software. I play Apex Legends using a Revolution 5 Pro professional controller, and I use custom settings that I trained on for a long time: 🔹 4-3 Linear – No Dead Zone 🔹 Response Curve (custom – built for the controller) These settings make my movement and aim faster, but they’re completely normal and available in the game, and many pro players use similar ones. Maybe my gameplay looked suspicious — but it’s simply practice + a high-end controller, nothing more. I already contacted support several times, but I was rejected without any clear reason. That’s why I’m posting here, hoping for a fair review. I respectfully request: A manual review of my gameplay / account logs Confirmation that I only use the Revolution 5 Pro controller with custom settings Removing the ban if no illegal tools are found Apex Legends is my favorite game, and I’ve dedicated time and passion into it. I don't expect anyone who works with EA to help because of how bad their company is, but I'm hoping someone else may have had a similar issue and knew a fix Every couple of games my game will randomly freeze and show packet loss as well as other connection issues in red until I am kicked out of the game. I know that it is not an issue with my internet as I can watch a video as this is happening and the video will continue to play stably without freezing. I then try to rejoin the game in which it says that the match has concluded and I receive a 10 minute ban for something out of my control and not of my own fault. I've tried verifying the game files on Steam, as well as installing the latest graphics drivers, but none of these have given me a solution. Does anyone know how to fix this?119Views1like6Comments
