login and server connection issues
Each time I try to do play Apex by myself or queue up with friends. The game seems to bug out and disconnect me from the Apex servers completely. My EA account [edit: email address removed], which I use to play on PC, was previously hacked, and all my data was wiped out. My game content and data are gone. However, with the efforts of the EA professional team, my data and the games I purchased previously have been restored to my EA account. When I logged back into Apex Legends to play, I found that my game account is currently banned. Before, my account was stolen in Apex Legends, and actions that violated the game's rules were taken, which were not my actions. I kindly ask you to lift the ban on my account. My gameplay hours in Apex Legends and the in-game currency I purchased to support the game itself are proof of my commitment to fair and healthy gameplay. cannot connect to ea servers, as of today after the short server downtime. Is someone else having the issue? already tried reinstalling, clearing chace, resetting pc and router, nothing works, and everyone else seems to be playing except me. Since BF6 came out, I've been unable to access Apex Legends. I've also never been able to try BF6 due to connection issues, which you see in the attachment. It always stays in the loading screen before clicking to log in to the game. I've tried everything EA suggests, I've tried everything chatgpt tells me, and nothing works. Does anyone no how to fix easy anti cheat not opening? I start the game fine but will not get into a game as EAC is not installed. I have uninstalled several times and installed with different users (Steam & EA) . I have cleared the Cache for the game. So ive done everything in my power to sort this but nothing has helped.. ive put on a google dns, done plenty of stuff to my internet, tried with different accounts, even different computer but i cannot connect to ea servers.. I've been trying to play the game at home for the last 3 days and every time I get this code about the Anticheat timeout. I've tried the following: Uninstalling and reinstalling on steam Verifying the integrity of the files on steam Deleting the anticheat folder on the games files and then verifying the files (which does create a new folder but still doesn't work) Fresh install on the EA App Repairing the game's files on the EA App Ive gone on my firewall settings and clicked some things etc. I've tried opening the game on my PC and on my laptop at home but it does not work, however at my office it does work properly on my laptop which makes me think for some reason my IP is banned? but there's no reason for me to be banned and there's no message telling me I got banned so ??? I saw the tweet of Respawn saying they had people working on this issue but that was on August 14th and I don't see any update about this. Please help? The issue is that when I downloaded and checked the EA data, I could see the logs for the June 6th suspension and the June 10th lifting of the suspension, but I couldn't find any log for the suspension on July 26th. Additionally, when I checked the penalty cases on my account, there was nothing listed. I contacted support about this, and after 10 days, the response I received was to follow the procedure and submit a legitimate request for suspension lifting. However, since there’s nothing listed under penalty cases, I can’t proceed with the steps they provided. I then contacted LiveChat to explain this issue, but the response I received was to follow the procedure and request the suspension lifting through the steps.
