hi i need help whit this error
Hi, I’m a long-time Apex player on PS4. I recently bought a PC and I’m trying to download the game to play from here, but I keep getting this error. I’ve tried everything to install it, and I think the issue might be the anti-cheat not opening at all, but I’m not sure. If anyone has had this problem and knows the solution, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
Apex Legends freezes entire PC
I can reach the main menu and sit in the lobby without any issue at first However, after a short time, usually a few minutes, the game freezes my entire laptop, not just the game itself. When this happens, the screen completely locks up and the keyboard and mouse stops responding. Ctrl + Alt + Del doe snot work and i cannot Alt + Tab or close the game or do anything on the laptop as it is fully frozen and unresponsive. The only way to recover is to force shut down by holding down the power button and restarting. This happens while even sitting in the lobby and not even in matches. Ive tried reinstalling game, checking game files, updating drivers and changing graphic settings. I use to have no issues like this but suddenly recently it first happened and it is unplayable now.CANT PLAY APEX

anticheat doesn't close after closing the game it keeps running in the "system" service and it appears "running" in steam even when it's not i tried stopping it from steam , closing steam throw system tray or task manger but it's still running and opening steam again the steam shows that the game is still running tried verifying and deleting anticheat and downloading it again throw verifying and didn't work i know a friend that had this problem on EA alsoApex freezing my whole laptop
Hello im having an issue where when im launching apex from steam after like 2-3 minutes in the game my entire pc freeze completely. i cant even alt tab or do anything even the mouse cursor don't move the only way to get out is to shutdown the PC with the on/off button. i try to re install the game, update the drivers, lower fps but nothing work it keep freezing every time im in the lobby. Can anyone help me please i never had this kind of problem before.Infinetly Freezing
Whenever I queue into a match, the game freezes on the loading screen or loads me in but within 20-30 seconds it crashes. It also crashing after 10-20 seconds in the settings tab. I have to force-close it every time. I’ve already tried uninstalling GPU drivers with DDU and even rolling back to older versions, but nothing has helped. I also tried a bunch of the common fixes people recommend online, like: Verifying game files / repairing the game through Steam or EA Restarting my PC (and sometimes my router) before launching Disabling fullscreen optimizations / running the game as administrator Different launch options. My specs are RTX 5070 and i5 14600K.
Launch Error - HID-Compliant.Sys
Hello, Not sure why I'm receiving this error message - I was just playing the game two days ago and now I can't log on due to Launch Error stating "Please unload HID-Compliant.sys before starting the game". I have tried reinstalling, removing all HIDs on device manager, verifying integrity of files, disabling firewall, checking image health on command prompt. I have not downloaded any files or plugged in any new hardware since I've last played so I'm not sure what would be causing this error. Any help would be appreciated!
APEX WONT`T CLOSE/STOP ON STEAM
Since last new battlepass update,i found my game wont close no matter in game or use steam`s"stop game"button, i tried repaire eac 、uninstall eac、delete eac、repair game、close eac or apex at taskmanger,none of these works, i m pretty sure it is easy anti_cheat`s wrong. I wonder why it`s already a whole battlepass version passed ,it still no fixed.I have to reboot my pc to totally stop the game everytime.
