Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85??? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hey everyone,

Thanks again for the patience while this was under investigation.

This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.

Same situation happened to me but I checked my items and they are there still.

My stuff is now back to normal, hope it's the same with all of you 🙂

Yeah, just got back the stuff I had and the additional stuff that was given is now gone... Seems its back to normal, but would be great if player accounts don't get tampered with twice a months (or preferably never).
