Big mistake by me resulting in a ban
Hi, I’m honestly devastated right now. I just found out my Apex Legends account was banned, and I believe it’s because I used DS4Windows. I had absolutely no idea it could be seen as a cheat tool — I only used it to enable gyro aiming, nothing malicious. I’ve been playing Apex for over 5 years, and I’ve spent so much time and money on this game. My account holds years of memories, progress, and purchases. Losing it like this feels incredibly unfair. I never meant to break any rules. Please, I’m begging someone from the team to review this.
