Black screen after hit mb1 to continue

I have tried everything but nothing has work and I have been having this issue for 4 days and it is especially annoying because I just bought the battle pass before it happened 

List of things I have tried:

restart game, restart pc, delete game and reinstall, get game on steam instead, change dns, change in game sever to America  (worked once), restart router, clean boot, turn off Fullscreen compatibility, run as administrator, connecting to my hotspot, updating windows, updating graphics card 

i have made a post about this around 2 days ago but I didn't get a response
