Blue screen + penalty and losing points in ranked

Since the new update i have been getting blue screened several times and each time i am getting a penalty and losing twice the amount of points. This is getting really irritating as the blue screens ...

Hi @Pixoulz.

I know that dealing with crashes definitely gets frustrating. Can you try something for me when you have the chance? If you have a lot of people on your friends list can you try removing some of them? I've heard from some others who have said that clearing off some of the people on the friends list has helped with crashes.

No this continues to happen. It has happened twice more , now 5 times all together. Even your website servers have been down... @EA_Kent

  That's a different issue. We were dealing with an outage across all our games and sites, but that should be resolved now. The crashes you're seeing are most likely being caused by something else.
  
  There are some other troubleshooting steps we can try that may help with this. When you've got a chance please run through the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps crashing after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well.

    This has just happened to me as well. I expect that you guys either fix this or refund everyone’s points due to penalties. It’s not an optimal fix but this is unfair to those of us grinding your game and this is a prevalent issue spanning back to earlier competitive seasons. Fix it, refund points, and or drop your abandon penalty because more people who actually stay in game suffer than those who don’t. That’s nonsense

@EA_Kent Dude this is f'n b.s. stop giving us nonsense responses. this is a serious issue, i'm down almost 2000 points from this crap. I have screen shots where i'm +24 +48 in top 3 4 5 or 6 and then i get crashes and get -72 and banned for 10 minutes, this is such weak b.s. between that and all the season 1 & 2 preds & diamonds quitting when getting knocked ranked is an unplayable mess. The rewards are f'n meaningless at this point. EA seriously needs to award players +2500 points just for server issues. it's complete nonsense.

  I am down over 3000RP
  ive done all the steps to stop blue screening, I have even bought a new PlayStation 4 and it still is happening.
  It didn’t happen like this in the 2 previous seasons but since season 3 it’s none stop.
  i also have evidence to support the loss of my RP.
  i was 8 kills 7 assists deep top 2 about to win and blue screened.
  how am I supposed to make it to masters when this is happening? I was diamond 1 last split and Had 10 blue screens in one day which put me back to diamond 3.
  If they don’t sort this I’ll no longer be playing,
  it’s a waste of time
