Blurry, out of focus graphics on Apex legends

Hi, I started playing apex again last week after having a break since season 8. Now when I started playing again, I can't help but notice that the graphics look blurry in distance and when I am aiming at enemies who are at around 50 meters distance, they look very blurry and its really difficult to aim even with a sight. I never had this issue in season 8. What can I do to fix it?
