Bought Apex coins a week ago and have not gotten them.
I, like I'm sure many others have purchased apex coins and did not receive them. This is the second time in two months this has happened, first time was back in early February when I was buying 1000 apex coins for the battle pass. I was unable to get help from EA help via the ticket, but was able to get a hold of someone on the twitter account to get it fixed. Second time being last monday when I went to buy $21 dollars worth of apex coins only for them to not show up again. So I opened a ticket and waited and kept waiting, and then I wake up thursday to an email from EA saying that it has been marked as "fixed". So me being all excited I log in quick before work to check and only to find out they it had indeed not been fixed. So I reopened the ticket that day and have been waiting ever since for a response still. Mind you I was never given a response besides the ticket just being "fixed".
This has been very frustrating and i've reached out to twitter as well with no response this time either. All of their phone numbers say they can not fix these issues on the phone and they tell you to go to their EA help website and submit a ticket. This is like a last ditch effort for hopefully the right person to see this and be able to help me with my issue.

Once you've selected your product and platform, just select "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently. Just explain what the actual issue is to the advisor once you get in contact with them.
