Bought Collection event and Never got heirloom, Now Im Banned 4 disputing Charge
It says it on the EA website
I reached out to EA for over 3 weeks going on 4 asking for help and was told there was nothing they could do. Since I was told they could not fix my issue I called my credit card company to dispute the charge since I never got what I paid for and now my account is permanently banned. How is this legal.... I asked for help and got denied, what am I suppose to do, nothing? All I wanted was to get what I paid for. Can someone help?

A few players have had similar issues, opening the event packs after the event has ended and not receiving the heirloom, you can search that here to see what was mentioned about that.
The big point is that in order to get the heirloom you have to unlock all 24 event items before the event ends in order to get the heirloom.
I know this is not ideal but it is stated in the event and if the prerequisites for getting the heirloom are not met before the event ends there is no real recourse that I am aware of.
At this point I am all out of suggestions on what you might be able to do.
Maybe someone else will chime in with some other advice, but like I mentioned we can not help with account issues here.
