Bought Collection event and Never got heirloom, Now Im Banned 4 disputing Charge

I purchased and unlocked the Imperial Guard Collection Event which grants me a heirloom but the game never game me the heirloom.

 It
 says it on the EA website
"If you unlock all 24 Collection Event items before the event ends, you’ll automatically receive Wraith’s “Hope’s Dawn” Heirloom!"  

I reached out to EA for over 3 weeks going on 4 asking for help and was told there was nothing they could do. Since I was told they could not fix my issue I called my credit card company to dispute the charge since I never got what I paid for and now my account is permanently banned. How is this legal.... I asked for help and got denied, what am I suppose to do, nothing? All I wanted was to get what I paid for. Can someone help?

    Oh mann, you are not going to like this answer. 

    A few players have had similar issues, opening the event packs after the event has ended and not receiving the heirloom, you can search that here to see what was mentioned about that.

    The big point is that in order to get the heirloom you have to unlock all 24 event items before the event ends in order to get the heirloom. 

    I know this is not ideal but it is stated in the event and if the prerequisites for getting the heirloom are not met before the event ends there is no real recourse that I am aware of.

    At this point I am all out of suggestions on what you might be able to do.

    Maybe someone else will chime in with some other advice, but like I mentioned we can not help with account issues here.

    Hello there,

    Please re-read the Terms of Sale https://www.ea.com/legal/terms-of-sale  and also the https://www.ea.com/legal/user-agreement . Refunds for in game purchases are not refundable and are a violation of these terms and can lead to actions against your account.

    If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  • @Asmodeus566thank you for your time and the information you provided.. But They should be bound to provide good business, If I pay for a service, they need to deliver as stated on their website, if not this is fraudulent on their end. I think I have a legal case here to solve with a lawyer.

    No problem.

    Quick question did you open/unlock all of the items before the event ended? 

    Opening the event loot boxes after the event ends will not grant you the heirloom. 

  • @Asmodeus566 Interesting.... I did buy the packs last minute and while I open 22 packs the game crashed for a short period of time (im assuming an update of the game) and when I got the game back on, all that was left was 2 packs to open and then nothing happened.
