#BP_S20_NAME/problem processing game logic

Hello when i start up apex i get this error, ui/userinfo.nut #38 [UI] Errol formatting and localizing 1 0

Ps5 console. Apex legends

SOLUTION IS CHANGING SYSTEM LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH UK

Please help

    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for the continued reports. Just to clarify, we are currently investigating the issue.

    In the meantime, a temporary workaround for this issue is to change your console language to another language, such as English.

    Please see the PlayStation User Guide here for steps to update your system language if you're unsure how to give this a try.

    A friend has the same issue happened near a month ago (on ps5) and nothing has fixed it, tried reinstalling, deleting console files, change the ps settings to uk english has also not worked, tried every solution possible.

    He also contacted ea support team and went thru 6 people and still no fix they just forwarded him to here and the forums which are again no help cos we tried everything possible.

    i either hope this is fixed by season 21 which is still a little sad because there have been challenges and cant make any progress on them as well as hoping the account isnt fully bugged where all stats are gone or the account is like gone as there have been time and money spent.

    Would love any help if there is any solution we haven't tried 🙂)
