bug make me banned🥲

i got a bug and it make me banned

my controller is broken and i didn't take it to serious

it make my mouse appear controller sign

i use my mouse to chose game mode

when i loading into game

i got kick out from lobby

it say banned 

but i dont know why

so i keep write mail to ea

and wheni know i got ban is because cheat

i already write for 10 times

i know it's had already trice and u guy reverse my case

but please please check it again

I'm innocent check my account

or check my ip every thing

just dont reverse so quickly

i have no Method but to write to ea

anyone can help me🥲🥲

I had write 20 times and they already ignore me

but they didn't allow me send the video which is prove I didn't cheat

I don't want to use a bug

I hate bug user and cheater

I just want to play game with my friend
