Bug with Red and Gray Pellet Dots Appearing on All Weapons

I’m encountering a bug in Apex Legends where red and gray dots appear every time I fire a weapon, even with assault rifles I thought this visual effect was only supposed to happen with shotguns, but it’s happening across all weapon types, which feels like a glitch.

I've tried resetting settings and reinstalling, but the issue persists. These dots appear when I shoot, regardless of whether I hit anything, and it’s very distracting when aiming.

Can you please help me figure out why this is happening and how to fix it?
