Can’t queue up for games

I haven’t been able to queue up solo for a game of apex for over a year.

After deleting and reinstalling the game several times with nothing getting better, I quit the game. 
Recently me and my friends have started playing again and it works fine aslong as im not host, but I still cant queue up and play alone.

Does anyone else have this problem, I haven’t been able to get any help on how to solve this via support.
