Can I get help form an actual human from EA support?

So my account got permanently banned for such a mild offense in my opinion and I didn't even get notified about it before I got banned. I got banned for having an offensive name, which I didn't think was offense, it's just a meme, it wasn't that serious, but I agree not to use anything even closely offensive in the future. I've been playing on that account since season 0! So it's so depressing to lose everything because of something so stupid and only get an automated generic response that it was rightfully banned, I would understand a suspension, but a full on ban? Please I need to talk to someone about this. This just isn't fair.

    They advised you to do that in the email you submitted for the appeal? If they advise that, why wouldn't they just unban the account, what's the difference if you're playing on a new account or the same one? Just so you would have lost your stuff and possibly buy more on a new account? That's the only reasoning behind it I can imagine, but who in their right mind would do that, if you can get banned at any point for nothing again...
