Can I get help form an actual human from EA support?

They advised you to do that in the email you submitted for the appeal? If they advise that, why wouldn't they just unban the account, what's the difference if you're playing on a new account or the same one? Just so you would have lost your stuff and possibly buy more on a new account? That's the only reasoning behind it I can imagine, but who in their right mind would do that, if you can get banned at any point for nothing again...
