Can I get some assistance in aisle connection error

CANNOT CONNECT TO EA SERVERS YET AN 100% ONLINE AND SERVERS ARE ACTIVE? Excuse me wut?

Hey everyone.

From what I can see it looks like the Apex Legends servers are all up and running. I'm not seeing any outages.

Can we try running through some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can get you back online? A good place to start is with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help website. Those can help with a lot of the most common connection issues we see.

If you're still having trouble after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:

- PC

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4

These steps are helping nobody. There is some problem with the EA servers for Apex.

I don't know about everyone else, but i am in South Africa and majority of the time i am using the Sao Paulo data center as it has the lowest ping. I have tried switching to Belgium a couple times as that has the next lowest ping but still nothing.

I didn't have a problem up until about a month ago. It doesn't even matter what time of the day, it still happens.
