Can not get the Twitch drops correctly

Hi there!

There's a problem troubled me for a long time. I can't get the drops from Twitch correctly since about 2023. I'm sure the Twitch account was linked with the EA account which i use now correctly. I lost lots of drops for apex include skins ,medals and so on. Of course, I watched the ALGS since last day, I want to get the drops, but i still can not get them in game.

Could you please help me get the drops which i should get but not in recent years? If the request was so hard, help me get back the drops about ALGS in yesterday and today is all right.

same exact thing is happening to me :/ it's been a couple years since I was able to claim any twitch drops on apex

Having the same issue, I have all my jazz linked up. But still nothing. Looks like support here is not active. Which is fun.

In total of 16 days of trying to get that drops, 5 persons was assigned to only one ticket (in a total of a 5 tickets created) - and no one was able to resolve one issue. Thank you!
