Can Switch & Pc play together?

So I am trying to play Apex with my partner she is on the switch and I am on Pc we can not see each others friend requests at all...

Apex does support cross-platform on Switch, Xbox, PS, PC. I would make sure your platform account and EA Account don't have any privacy settings blocking other from finding or adding you as a friend, also we have a help article below that helps outline how it works.
