Cannot select any seasonal stuff / loadouts / legends or even enter the store

A couple of months ago i switched to a new EA account on my PS5. The ea account is definitely connected to the PS5 in the account settings. 

But we still cannot select any seasonal stuff / loadouts / legends or even enter the  store.

Is there anyway to fix this?

  • @Tijgert2014 Some people have been able to fix it by reconnecting back to the old EA account. If that is not possible then unfortunately there is no fix yet. I have been locked out of the tabs for about a months now. In the "Bug Reports" section of the forums there is a post that is 3+ month old now that EA occasionally posts updates on. The most recent update was that they are working on it but have no news to share about it. I am hoping this gets fixed before the new season so we can actually participate in it!!
