Hey folks,
We're currently investigating this issue that has resurfaced for some after a separate instance of it was resolved earlier in the year.
Please take a look at the bug report post here and give that troubleshooting step a try to see if it helps out in this case.
If you're still running into the situation afterwards, do feel free to keep an eye on that bug report thread and we'll provide updates there as we have them, thanks.
just wanted to give a personal update on this issue. I have read a few other reports, from about a year ago, saying people have made “temporary fixes” by port forwarding (Xbox/apex ports) and/or clearing memory cache. I can report that neither of these work in solving the issue. (For me at least)
In addition, one other individual said that he moved Apex legends from his internal Xbox drive to his SSD card, then moved it back and it “fixed” the issue. Tried this and naturally that failed as well.
The more time goes on the more certain I am that this is totally on EA’s side. Especially after testing over the past 24 hours. However, because this affects us spending money I’m sure they will want it fixed asap.
- 2 years ago@HyydezGaming I agree 👍 they don't like losing money so I would assume that a fix is imminent. On the other hand I too have talked to a few people including a friend that works at EA and he was telling me that it is a glitch in the server coding and that's why we can access anything directly through the tabs.
Also after sending in multiple request for assistance the information the seems to be consistent is that EA team is working on the update and it should be rectified in an update comming soon ... again this is just a small amount t of information cooming out presumably because it's not every player
