Did this ever get resolved?
Nope still broken. Incredibly frustrating when you are locked out of half the game! I'm currently on week 3 of being locked out of everything. Feel bad for the people who have been waiting months for a fix. I wish EA could just give us an update or something.
I recently downloaded apex on my ps4 and ever since I haven’t been able to access my skins, load out, battle pass. Is there a workaround to this or no?
- @tytyd2005 did you recently relink your Ps4 to a new EA account? That seems to be what causes this bug for a ton of people. If you didn't do that then we are stuck waiting for a fix. I'm hoping next week's patch fixes this.
Been dealing with this for months now. I have no idea what to do. I still have my rank also and even badges on my banner in game, but can’t access a thing.
New update hasn't fixed anything. Locked out for two seasons in a row now.
I thought after the new update for the new season would fix it. Hasnt....so annoying

This bug is over 4 month old now and EA has barely acknowledge the issue. All we get is that they hope to fix it soon. It's not even on the official Trello Board. For all we know they are no closer to fixing the bug today as they were four months ago. It sucks being locked out two seasons in a row now.
