Can't access tabs

I'm unable to access the store, events tab, legend tab, or skins/weapons, and none of the solutions I’ve tried have worked (like restarting the console, changing data center, switching wireless connection, uninstalling, etc.). I can play matches in any game mode, but I can’t access anything else, and I want to redeem my event currency in the event shop. This issue has been going on for over a month, and I need help fixing it, as I can’t access the menus.

WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED? More than a month has passed and the developer doesn't care. I tried accessing from different platforms: Steam on PC, EA on PC, another PS5—the result is the same, the top buttons and coins aren't loading (-9999).
