Can't alt tab into/can't see the desktop while playing on dx12

Basically what's happening is - I'm simply can't see the desktop icons, my wallpaper & all programs on the whole taskbar while switching/alt tabbing applications in fullscreen mode while playing apex legends on DirectX 12.

Whenever i trying to force desktop to appear - it's closing it & the game is showing right after that, blocking me from going into desktop after 2 clicks, but taskbar showing only after another alt tab which making multitasking impossible.

On DirectX 11 it's working fine, first thing I'm seeing is the desktop while alt tabbing/switching to another program.
